Six fire engines and some 40 firefighters have been sent to central London to tackle a blaze, the London Fire Brigade (LFB). The force was called to Theobalds Road in Holborn on Wednesday morning following reports of a fire.
Social media posts show thick smoke engulfing a street, with one X post reading: "Massive smoke clouds in Central London near Holborn station."
