A crash prompted traffic woes for commuters on the M25 this morning. Two lanes on the M25 anticlockwise between junctions J17 and J16 were closed on Wednesday morning.
Nearby junctions were also affected by heavy congestion, with severe delays on the M25 anticlockwise entry slip at junction J19 and between junctions 21 and 16. Here, National Highways said before 7am, there were delays of one and a half hours against expected traffic.
