Police have launched an investigation after a suspected stabbing at a property in Greater Manchester. Officers were called to Belmont Street, in Heaton Norris, Stockport, in the early hours of this morning (December 20).

Greater Manchester Police said a man was taken to hospital with stab wounds. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or changing, and police are now investigating how he came to suffer the stab wounds.
