Drivers on the M5 faced traffic chaos on Boxing Day following a crash. On December 26, a car crashing into a lamppost blocked the M5 Northbound exit slip road.
This collision prompted the arrival of emergency services to the scene. Following the incident and road closure, traffic started to build up in the area, with roads and traffic monitoring site Inrix saying: "Very slow traffic due to accident at J15 M4 J20 ( Almondsbury Interchange)."
