Donald Trump has been accused of "gingerly" walking down the steps of Air Force One has scrutiny over his health increases. The US president arrived in Florida on December 20 and returned to Washington DC on January 4. During his journey, he went via an airbase in Maryland to switch from Air Force One to Marine One. 

However, Mr Trump appeared to struggle as the descened the steps of his plane, gripping the handrail with his eyes fixed on the red carpet at the bottom. As he takes his first step, he seemingly lets his leg abruptly drop down onto the stairyway before him before grabbing a second handrail for support.
