Brixton has been rocked by a horror shooting as four people are injured and a suspect remains on the loose. Police were called to Coldharbour Lane shortly after 1am on Saturday following reports of gunfire, with armed officers and emergency services rushing to the scene within minutes.
Four victims were treated for gunshot wounds and taken to hospital, including a 25-year-old man who remains in a life-threatening condition. The Metropolitan Police has launched an urgent investigation and confirmed no arrests have yet been made, as detectives work “at pace” to track down those responsible for what has been described as an act of indiscriminate violence.
