Katie Price's husband, Lee Andrews, has been officially reported as a missing person to both Dubai authorities and the British Embassy following his disappearance on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
According to Katie Price, Andrews was supposed to fly from Dubai to the UK for a joint appearance on Good Morning Britain, but never made the flight. She claims his location tracking went offline near the Oman border (Hatta). Price released WhatsApp messages and described a final FaceTime call where Andrews appeared with a hood over his head and cable ties around his hands, claiming he was being forced into a van and taken to a "black site". Price has expressed fears that he has been kidnapped.
Dubai's Head of CID and local authorities have checked prisons and police stations and stated they have no record of Andrews being arrested or detained.
The case has drawn massive scepticism online, which Price has fiercely denied as being a "publicity stunt." Investigative reports from The Sun and other outlets have suggested that Andrews may not be kidnapped at all, but is instead hiding out in a run-down villa after "ghosting" Price. This theory gained traction after his WhatsApp account was spotted active/online days after his alleged abduction.
Since his disappearance, several investigative reports have debunked many of Andrews' online claims. It was revealed that his purported PhD from Cambridge, his advisory roles for the Labour Party and the King's Trust, and photos of him with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian were all entirely fabricated or AI-generated. Reports also emerged that he had previously spent time in a Dubai prison for financial issues and was allegedly asking people for money just before his wedding to Price.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office is currently looking into the case, but his actual physical location remains a mystery.
