BBC's beloved comedy quiz show, Have I Got News For You, returned to screens on Friday (May 22) with a brutal jab at King Charles. Exploring the week's top stories and news, host Alexander Armstrong was joined by guest panellists Phil Wang and Judi Love, and their team captains Ian Hislop and Paul Merton. During the show, the stars progressed to the missing words round, a classic segment where the panellists had to correctly complete the sentence of a news headline.
After reading: "Fox with (blank) sought by police for (blank)," Ian hilariously guessed: "Fox with independent relationship sought by police for no-strings relationship." As the studio audience roared with laughter, Alexander revealed: "Fox with a mouth full of sausages sought by police for BBQ theft." However, when a photo of the furry culprit appeared, the host brutally quipped: "Either it's stolen sausages, or it's bitten King Charles’s hands off."
