Drivers on the M25 faced delays on Thursday after a multi-vehicle crash sparked the closure of a lane. One lane was closed on the M25 in Surrey clockwise between J11 in Woking and J12 in West London, National Highways said.
The organisation also said "vehicle recovery and barrier damage assessments are underway". At approximately 11.10am, the organisation reported delays of 30 minutes and four miles of congestion on approach.
