Christina Trevanion took to Instagram where she was flooded with messages after sharing a "stunning" photo. The BBC star, who has become a fan favourite on Bargain Hunt, rarely gives glimpses into her home life in Shropshire where she resides with her husband Aaron Dean and their two children.
The 45 year old has turned from auctions to gardening during her downtime. She often shares her efforts into creating a gorgeous garden at her Shropshire home that looks straight from a fairytale in several Instagram posts.
The antiques expert recently took to the picture sharing site and shared a candid photo. Christina could be seen in white midi dress standing barefoot as she admired her garden before sharing a sad update.
In view of her 52,800 followers, she shared the heavy rain had ruined her peonies.
Christina wrote: "Post-storm garden inspection. The peonies, which have brought me so much joy this spring, are now sadly petal-less after the heavy rain… but almost everything else is relatively unscathed.
@david_austin_roses Sceptred Isle, Generous Gardener and Gertrude Jekyll, who were in tight bud 48 hours ago, now in full bloom!"
Fans flooded the comment section as one wrote: "Glad you didn't have too much damage, the Peonies will bloom again..quite the storm though eek! Hope the pets were ok."
Another echoed: "Looking amazing, glad the storm didnt cause too much damage. Our garden took a beating but it will recover."
A third penned: "A perfect English garden, obviously tended by someone who knows what they’re about. Peonies are one of my favourites. Thank you for sharing."
Others gushed over her appearance as one commented she looked "stunning" in the photo.
A sixth added: "Wow... amazing picture.. Should be painted and sold on an auction in UK.. if you know an auction house."
The TV presenter took to Instagram last May to share her progress. Christina beamed as she held a basket of home-grown vegetables, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning flowers.
