The Sussex-based firm, which sells furniture, lighting and home décor, entered creditors' voluntary liquidation on June 1.

Pure White Lines Ltd, established in 2012, also sources antique and vintage pieces from across Europe, with showrooms in London and a distribution warehouse in Belgium serving customers throughout the continent.

The company claimed the Best Stand award at prestigious interior design event Decorex in 2022, and stocked high-end pieces including chandeliers priced at £6,500 and dining tables costing upwards of £4,000.

Michael Royce of M.R. Insolvency has been appointed as liquidator.

According to a statement of affairs published on Companies House, it is estimated that just £44,853 would be recovered from the sale of the company's remaining assets.

This falls drastically short of Pure White Lines' total debts of £1,419,237.99 owed to unsecured creditors, including HMRC, suppliers and other associated businesses.

Nearly £200,000 is also outstanding to Horsham District Council.

The company's registered office is listed as The Packing House Orchard Farm, Emms Lane, Bucks Green, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 0TR.

Pure White Lines has been approached for comment.
