Train services in London are facing disruption on Tuesday as a huge fire erupts near London Bridge. The blaze broke out at around 5.30pm with pictures showing plumes of black smoke billowing into the air above the scene.
South Eastern Railway say a property is on fire near the line in the London Bridge area. Some services are being diverted while others are being cancelled completely.
The fire has sparked a major emergency response with around 100 firefighters at the scene. London Fire Brigade are telling the public to “please avoid the area while the incident is ongoing”.
