Last year, Liam Gallagher returned to fronting Oasis with his brother Noel after ending their 16 year hiatus. The previously feuding brothers made at least £50 million each from tickets and merchandise on their Live ’25 reunion tour.
And now Liam has opened up a can of controversy on social media this morning by slamming the frontmen of two other world-famous bands. Earlier today, The Extreme Music Enthusiast posted: “Peak performer debate: Mick Jagger or Freddie Mercury? Who’s the greatest frontman of all time? Drop your pick below”.
The Rolling Stones and Queen singers are known for their highly energetic performance styles, so it shouldn’t be an easy decision for fans. However, Liam decided to drop his opinion into the mix by commenting: “I AM the rest are all attention seeking bumbaclarts with little f***ing dance routines.”
Asked in the comments, “Do you not dance on stage”, Liam replied, “Dancing is for W*****S.” Another said, “Liam if you had to do any dance on stage what would it be.” To which the Oasis frontman replied, “I’d rather fill myself in down a dark alleyway with numerous amounts of blows to the head than be 1 of those types.”
