One of these was an Invictus Games event on Tuesday in London. At this event, Harry took to the stage where he made a speech about the importance of the games. This comes ahead of the 2027 Invictus tournament, which will be held in Birmingham next year.

While Harry used to appear shy when giving speeches, body language expert Darren Stanton has said the Duke of Sussex “comes into his own” when speaking about causes he is genuinely passionate about, and mirrors his late mother Princess Diana.

“I see so many parallels with Diana; he is so deeply passionate about the causes he supports. From a non-verbal point of view, this is all incredibly clear.

“He is making open hand gestures that are open and honest, and were in conjunction with what he was saying - acting as almost punctuation marks. It shows that he is completely in sync with what he was saying and really believes it. It shows real authenticity.”

Stanton continued: “When someone's gestures are out of sync during a speech, it usually suggests they are not totally committed to what they are saying.

“He also no longer exhibits pacifying gestures - touching the back of his neck or rubbing his eye - we used to see these a lot more, they are something that both he and William inherited from Charles. So, as well as being totally committed, he is totally confident.”

Harry arrived in the UK alone on Monday. While he had originally planned to bring his wife Meghan Markle and their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to the UK with him, this plan changed when Harry found out he would no longer get armed police protection.
