Motorists on the M4 are facing long delays during rush hour following a collision. The M4 eastbound is "partially blocked" near Newport, according to a traffic monitoring site.

Long queues are already building due to the crash, which has been reported eastbound between junction 25 at Caerleon and junction 24 at Coldra. Traffic monitoring site Inrix says: "M4 Eastbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident from J25 B4596 Caerleon Road (Caerleon) to J24 A449 (Coldra)."
