A section of the M5 motorway in Worcestershire has been closed following a "serious" crash involving four vehicles. The closure is in place between northbound between junction 5 near Droitwich and J4A (M42) due to a "multi vehicle collision".
National Highways said the crash involves three cars and a van. Emergency services have rushed to the scene. Drivers have been warned they face delays of up to 90 minutes on approach to the accident, and seven miles of congestion. Diversion routes are currently in place.
