Eugenie established The Anti-Slavery Collective to help counter sex trafficking, which reportedly led to her decision, as she is taking a dim view of her father's refusal to apologise to Epstein's victims. The most well-known victim was the late Virginia Guiffre, who sadly took her own life aged 41 last year. Andrew has always strongly denied any accusations levelled at him.
A source told the Mail on Sunday reported: "There is no contact at all, nothing. It’s Brooklyn Beckham level – she has completely cut him off."
Unlike her sister, Andrew eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice, is said to be still in contact with him - but their contact is not a regular occurrence.
The source added: "They aren't exactly in regular and close contact at the moment, but Eugenie isn't trying to walk that line. She's not speaking to him."
In a poll conducted by the Daily Express, which ran between 5.46am on January 17 and 1pm on January 18, fans were asked, prior to the reports of Eugenie's no contact, whether both Eugenie and Beatrice would be right to cut off their dad.
Of the 1,717 people who voted, 58% [1,002 people] voted that they shouldn't go no contact with Andrew, whilst 34% [574 people] voted that they should.
An additional eight percent [141 people] were undecided on what Eugenie and Beatrice should do in regards to their relationship with their dad.
Taking to the comment section, one fan commented: "[Eugenie and Beatrice] should not have to choose. Andrew is their father and Charles is their uncle. They should be allowed to have relationships with both. They should not have to pay for the errors of their parents."
Another added: "Sarah and Andrew are their parents. They can maintain a private family relationship with their parents. However, if Sarah writes a “tell-all” book, then those familial relationships should end."
A third added: "As much as I dislike the [former] Yorks, he is their father so no they shouldn't."
