BBC's hit sitcom Only Fools and Horses has been widely remembered as one of the best British comedy series of all time since its 1981 debut. After eight seasons, the hilarious quest of Del Boy (played by David Jason) and his brother Rodney Trotter (Nicholas Lyndhurst) trying to get rich came to an end in 2003. The show remains a huge favourite amongst fans who re-watch the episodes and continue to quote the characters' many catchphrases. Many of these fans were recently sent into a major frenzy when two beloved stars reunited after 35 years.

Taking to X, Gina Bellman and Mike Fenton Stevens revealed they were together and shared a selfie video simply saying: "Groovy gang." The pair had featured in an unforgettable season seven episode titled, The Unlucky Winner is... as Carmen and Alan Perkins, respectively. The 1989 episode saw Del Boy and Rodney travel to Mallorca, Spain, for a seven-day trip with Cassandra Parry (Gwyneth Strong), but, as usual, it didn't take long before their holiday went downhill.

Viewers were over the moon to see the actors reunite and rushed to share their excitement in the comments, as one praised: "Memories of a classic OFAH episode!"(sic)

One impressed fan remarked: "Good to see you both back, guys." As a third shared: "One of the masterpiece episodes of Only Fools and Horses."

"This is brilliant. I mean 'groovy,'" quipped one user. While another labelled the actors, "Undoubtedly the grooviest pair on the planet."

Alongside laughing emojis, a sixth reflected on the episode and recounted: "Love it, poor ol' Rodney not winning the groovy gang skateboard race."

Gina famously played Carmen, a Spanish holiday rep who complicated the holiday for the Trotters after she refused to believe Rodney was 14. He had won an art competition and was awarded the trip, but was forced to trick the organisers that he was a teenager.

Despite being suspicious of his age, Carmen had no proof that Rodney lied. Meanwhile, Mike portrayed Alan, another holiday rep who tried to manage their antics, who was also unconvinced that the dodgy market trader was 14.

Among the many excuses, Del Boy lied that "his late mother was a very tall woman, she was six foot three," after they noticed that he was a "big lad."

After labelling it "extraordinary," Alan gave Rodney a badge and informed him: "You are now a life member of the groovy gang." The rep explained: "It's just an idea we came up with to help the kids feel really part of it.

"Every time one of the organisers says, 'Are you having fun?' All you kids shout 'groovy.'"
