Drivers on the M1 are facing long delays after a crash on Friday afternoon. All traffic halted on the M1 northbound between J12 in Toddington and J13 in Brogborough following a collision.

National Highways said traffic officers were at the scene. The organisation added shortly before 1pm that there were three miles congestion on approach causing 35-minute delays above normal travel time.
