Police have launched a murder investigation after a woman was found dead at a property near a school in Exeter. Officers and paramedics rushed to the scene, where an elderly woman was found dead.
Police were called to the house following reports of a concern for the welfare of a woman at an address on Millbrook Lane, Exeter, at around 12.40pm yesterday (April 19).
