Faeces-filled ear
The crew made their eagerly anticipated comeback with Jackass Forever in 2022, and Steve-O dished on a gruesome stunt that didn't air.
While he suffered one of the tamest injuries, it was a result of a huge mishap when pulling a stunt with dog faces.
The Poop Cannon was supposed to safely launch the dried dog poop that Steve-O collected and blended with water at him, but he didn't wear earplugs or goggles.
It entered his ear canal with shocking force, landing him in the hospital to get his ear flushed out, and he learned it had punctured a hole in his eardrum.

Brain Haemorrhage
Johnny Knoxville suffered significant injuries in a single stunt with a bull while filming 2022's Jackass Forever.
The aftermath of the Bull stunt left him rethinking his life as he was forced to endure a painful recovery from a broken rib, broken wrist, various concussions, and a haemorrhage in his brain.
The incident was labelled as one of the Jackass injuries in history and prompted Johnny to admit: "I can’t take any more hits to the head," during an interview on Howard Stern.

Dangerous blood clot
Before his tragic 2011 death, Ryan Dunn, alongside Steve-O, was known as the most reckless of the group.
He was forced to pay a visit to the hospital after his leg was tied to a horse, which promptly bolted, pulling the star out of the frame.
During the 2006 episode, Ryan landed horribly on his shoulder, and in addition to agonising pain, it also caused a life-threatening blood clot alongside the torn muscles.
The star was observed in urgent care as the clot was located close to his heart and brain; thankfully, it was successfully removed a few days later.

Lamborghini face pull
In 2010, Ehren McGhehey was taken out of commission after he literally broke his face during the Lamborghini tooth pull.
The unscripted antics saw him undergo 25 surgeries, including three broken backs and nine knee surgeries. This injury was like no other.
This stunt saw his tooth tied to Bam's Lamborghini and pulled out by the Lamborghini's force.
However, due to the acceleration, it ended up pulling his face hard enough to break his skull from his mouth all the way to his eye.
