A recognisable face from Clarkson's Farm has unveiled her fresh new look after swapping her muddy farm life for a glamorous salon visit.
Harriet Cowan, 25, emerged as one of the standout stars of series four when she stepped in to cover for Kaleb Cooper. She spent 11 weeks residing in a caravan at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, assisting former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson with managing the farm land.
The former full-time nurse captured viewers' hearts with her extensive farming expertise and sharp-witted responses to the TV host, establishing herself as a firm audience favourite.
Harriet has now officially left nursing behind to concentrate on farming and content creation, with fans eagerly anticipating her potential return when the fifth series launches on June 5.
Speaking on the Fed by Farmers podcast, Harriet discussed her decision to leave the nursing profession, revealing: "I've given up nursing because I was going into people's houses and I was getting recognised as that girl off the telly.

"I was supposed to be there as a professional nurse – there were people dying at the end of the day, and I was supposed to be there as a professional."
However, it appears the television personality has now traded the muddy farmyard for a glamorous salon, as she posted on her TikTok account, where she boasts over 806,300 followers, to showcase her recent transformation.
In the video, she could be seen sporting a white long-sleeved buttoned shirt, with several top buttons left undone. She teamed this with a pair of light-wash high-waisted jeans, beaming at the camera while standing in the sunlight.
Harriet was also running her fingers through her freshly styled hair, which had just been done at the salon and fashioned into voluminous curls cascading down her chest and back. She also mouthed along to the song playing in the background.
"Pretty hair by @jaimecamillashair," she wrote in the caption of the post.
Followers quickly flooded the comments section, heaping praise on her fresh appearance.
"Absolutely stunning," one person wrote, while another commented: "She's just too gorgeous."
A third person added: "Look beautiful Harriet." Someone else also said: "So so so gorgeous!"
Whether Harriet will make a comeback on Clarkson's Farm remains unclear, though she discussed the possibility during an appearance on BBC Breakfast News last year.
"We've always left it very open," she said. "I'm here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute. If he needs me, I'm here."
Clarkson's Farm will return to screens in June on Prime Video with series five, which wrapped filming in September 2025.
