A beloved British fashion retailer is gearing up to shut its remaining 37 outlets next month following its fall into administration.
Quiz has confirmed it will close all 37 of its remaining stores after being placed into administration.
Insolvency specialists Interpath announced the company would undertake a closure programme over the coming weeks. Quiz, which operated branches across Yorkshire, recently confirmed three initial closures: Castlecourt Belfast, Leeds and Romford.
Alistair McAlinden, head of Interpath in Scotland and joint administrator, said: "As we head into the May Bank Holiday weekend, we would encourage shoppers to visit their local store as we commence our final closing down sale."
Geoff Jacobs, managing director at Interpath and fellow joint administrator, added in a separate statement: "We'd once again like to say a huge thank you to Quiz staff who have shown such dedication and professionalism under difficult circumstances."
This represents the second time Quiz has entered administration in little more than a year, having previously collapsed in February 2025 before being swiftly acquired through a so-called pre-pack arrangement by a subsidiary of the founding Ramzan family.
Quiz concessions within New Look and Matalan stores throughout the UK fall outside the scope of the administration and remain wholly unaffected.
