Clarkson's Farm has returned to Prime Video with the first four episodes of an emotional series five, and Jeremy Clarkson is shown grappling with numerous obstacles following his health scare.
The new episodes chronicle how Clarkson, who suffered from blocked arteries leading to his heart, finds it difficult to rest and recuperate amidst a string of challenges surrounding The Farmer's Dog pub.
From an unpleasant discovery left in the pub toilet to complications with his pigs producing meat, Clarkson faced it all — but he wasn't alone.

Annie Gray appeared in series four as the owner and head chef of a catering van that took over from the farm restaurant.
She subsequently moved to a spot outside Clarkson's pub and continues to play a significant role in the catering and hospitality aspects of the operation.
In series five, she is shown assisting Clarkson with some of the major setbacks at The Farmer's Dog, including members of the traveller community setting up camp in the car park.
She also revealed that a member of staff had ignited Clarkson's pub bonfire as a "parting gift", and alerted Clarkson to the damage inflicted by a severe storm. The star maintains an active Instagram presence and has been updating her followers on her latest endeavours, including Clarkson's Farmfest — a celebration showcasing the finest of British farming.
Sharing a photograph of herself seeking shade from the sun alongside a dog, she commented: "Farmfest 2026 over and out. What a totally phenomenal experience and an absolute joy to meet so many incredible people."
