After a long period of rainy weather across the country, this weekend has brought some reprieve for many with sunshine and warmer temperatures.
And while this is set to continue for most in the UK, some areas could face showers on Monday, the Met Office has said.
The Met Office weather forecast for Monday says: "Staying dry with sunny spells. Showers track east across southern areas, possibly thundery.
"Cloud thickens in the west and north with evening rain. Winds light to moderate, temperatures near average."
Met Office weather maps show a wall of rain entering the UK from the west.
Scotland will see the rain first on Monday with showers arriving at around 15:00.
Later in the evening, the showers move eastward through Wales and toward the northeast of England.
