Jeremy Clarkson has been diagnosed with cancer, the former Top Gear host has revealed.
The 66-year-old TV stalwart told those dearest to him in the penultimate episode of season five of Clarkson's Farm, telling farmhand Kaleb: "I've got cancer," he told Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper during filming.
A stunned Kaleb blurted out in response: "No, you haven't. Where?"
But Clarkson was having none of it.
"Where it is of no concern of anybody. I've known since May," he replied, adding that it is "aggressive" but was caught "really early".
