
Senior members of the Royal Family reportedly "intend shut out the noise" surrounding Prince Harry's solo trip to the UK this week by to focusing on many official duties. Senior working royals are scheduled to carry out more than 29 public engagements across the country, with many of the appearances arranged well in advance.
The packed programme comes as renewed attention falls on Prince Harry's relationship with the Royal Family, following days of speculation over whether Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, would accompany him to Britain.
Royal sources have described the drama surrounding the Sussexes' travel plans as "tiresome", while confirming King Charles is also expected to hold a number of private audiences and meetings that are not listed in the Court Circular ahead of time. Prince Harry will be travelling to the UK alone following concerns over his security arrangements. Meghan and the children are instead understood to be spending time in mainland Europe.
