When asked about his grooming routine, Harry answered with a very X-rated answer, explaining it involves having a “sh**".
The prince, 41, said: “Sh*t, shower, shave, obviously. I trim my beard every five, six days just to keep it a little bit tidy.
“Nothing really happening on top (pointing to his head hair). I get a haircut, otherwise I try not to look at what’s happening.”
The prince also commented on the colour of his hair, arguing that people often think he is ginger when he isn’t.
He explained on the podcast: “People think I’m ginger, but I'm more sunset auburn.
“I got bullied a lot at school. I was called carrot top.”
Harry made a number of other revelations on the podcast, revealing that he uses exercise to deal with trauma.
