Visible signs of ageing are a common concern for many of us, but the telltale signs of a life well lived are something to be celebrated not feared.
We may not be able to stop the clock but there are a wealth of natural ways to help maintain the radiance of the skin well into our golden years. By making just a few changes to our diet and lifestyle, we could all be feeling fabulous again.
One glowing 72-year-old has mastered the art of age control so well that she could easily be mistaken for someone 20 years her junior. The silver-haired goddess has taken to TikTok to share some wholesome advice on how to look younger for longer.
Under an account named Holistic.tips (@healthcaretipswithjules) the radiant septuagenarian claimed she has rolled back the years by using all-natural ingredients and taking supplements every day.
In her post, she reveals that “Ginger + lemon + honey tea in the morning on an empty stomach is 84 percent more effective than Ozempic,” adding that the easy-to-make hot beverage “helps you get rid of bloating and that stubborn belly fat”.
She also suggests that eating “avocado toast for breakfast is a non-negotiable,” explaining: “It’s high in antioxidants that prevent wrinkles and dark spots from forming.”
Keeping well on the inside can also help to boost our appearance on the outside. To ensure she stayed fit and healthy the holistic health coach said: “I took Seamoss every day to keep my immune system strong!
“It has 92/102 minerals the gut needs! This is how I kept myself sick-free all these years!!”
As well as a meticulously curated diet, Jules reveals that her skincare is also based on natural ingredients, using nothing but handmade natural soap.
She believes that this has played a big part in keeping her skin looking like she is still in her 20s.
Finally, the holistic expert endorses the use of one ‘secret weapon’ against the signs of ageing, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s disease, and obesity.
Happy to share her find, she says: “Nicotanimide Riboside is the ultimate anti-ageing ingredient which can only be found in some foods but its concentration is stronger in supplement form.” She also adds: “It’s completely safe to take.”
