A couple found themselves in hot water after their passionate moment was interrupted by a police officer. The pair were reportedly caught in the throes of passion in broad daylight.

The shocking incident happened in a Wendy’s car park in Florida when Officer Parker Moody was patrolling the area. He detailed in his report that he spotted Demetria Wilson, 53, and Tymario Merrell, 29, lying on the ground “behind the bus stop in view of the busy highway.”

This particular bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the  fast food outlet. Moody’s report further described that Wilson, who was sans trousers at the time, was on her right side “with her buttocks facing” Merrell. He added that Merrell’s trousers were noticeably lowered and he was in a “turgid” state as he “repetitively” engaged with Wilson.

The officer promptly arrested the duo and charged them with performing an unnatural and lascivious act. Both Wilson and Merril, who are not unfamiliar with the law, remain incarcerated with bail set at $150 and $500 respectively, reports The Mirror US.

According to The Smoking Gun, both have pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanour charge.
