GTA 6 is shaping up to be the biggest game of the year, and in more ways than one.
Not only will Grand Theft Auto 6 almost certainly wipe the floor with any other game this decade in terms of sales, but the map looks like it will be the series’ biggest yet.
Multiple locations can be seen in the debut GTA 6 trailer, including swamplands, suburban areas, beaches and cities.
The locations have been jotted down by the GTA 6 community, and put together in a new concept map on the GTA 6 Alerts X page.
As you can see from the tweet below, the latest GTA 6 map concept is absolutely huge, featuring a ton of diverse locations.
There’s a huge city area in the east of the map, as well as smaller built-up areas in the north and northwest.
While there are multiple beaches spread across the map, the main Miami beach looks like it will be found in the east.
It looks like the area based on the Florida Keys will be located towards the south of the map, which makes sense from a real world perspective.
North of the Florida Keys is the swamp area, which is based on the Everglades National Park.
You can take a look at the huge concept map below.
In case you haven’t guessed, Grand Theft Auto 6 takes place in the state of Leonida, which is based on Florida.
Rockstar explains: “Grand Theft Auto VI heads to the state of Leonida, home to the neon-soaked streets of Vice City and beyond in the biggest, most immersive evolution of the Grand Theft Auto series yet.”
The previously released trailer gives fans a look some of the map locations as seen from the skies above. This includes locations based on the Florida Keys, as well as the beach and more.
The trailer also hints at a potential game-changing new feature for Grand Theft Auto 6, which will up the scale to never-before-seen levels.
