King Charles is protecting the Royal Family from a “Tsunami of hurt, pain and chaos” after seemingly snubbing a meeting with Prince Harry in the UK this week, an expert has claimed.

There had been hopes that father and son would meet with the prince attending an event to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. But a spokesperson for Harry said he would not be meeting the King due to His Majesty’s “full programme”.

Speaking following this statement, royal commentator told TalkTV: “The fact that Harry’s team announced these details shows you exactly why the Royal Family won’t have any engagement with him. There are no secrets between them.

She added: “I was under the impression the King would make a few moments for Prince Harry because they are so close together.

“I’m not necessarily surprised because the King is going to do everything in his power to protect those who have been loyal to him and to allow peace and healing, not only for himself but other members of his family who are under a lot of stress and strain.

“2024 has not been a great year for the Royal Family, and Harry is a Tsunami of hurt, pain, and chaos. He is just not a peaceful presence.”
