Russia’s presidential elections were marked by a number of incidents across polling stations on Friday, as people used dye, molotov cocktails and fires to protest against the elections which are certain to extend Vladimir Putin’s 24-year rule until at least 2030. The Kremlin also released footage of what it said was Putin casting an online vote, and foreign minister Sergei Lavrov voting at a polling station. The three elections are slated to continue until Sunday 17 March
