Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie ‘make real statement’ on where they stand on feud | Royal | News

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie appeared to signal which side they are on in the ongoing feud between Prince Harry and Prince William, according to a royal commentator.

The daughters of the Duke and Duchess of York joined the Prince of Wales and their cousin Zara Tindall at Buckingham Palace in a show of support for the future king during his first garden party of the year.

Beatrice and Eugenie are known to have maintained close communications with the Duke of Sussex since his departure from the institution.

But GB News royal editor Svar Nanan-Sen noted their presence at the garden party could be considered as a “real statement” on where their loyalties ultimately lie.

Nanan-Sen said: “Something I did take away from it is that Beatrice and Eugenie, in particular, we know how close they are to Prince Harry.

He told GB News’s The Royal Record: “Is this now the younger generation of the Royal Family coming together publicly and putting on a united front?

“It’s just the contrasting appearance of all the younger generation flocking to this Buckingham Palace garden party while Prince Harry was left alone at St Paul’s Cathedral with no working member of the Royal Family and he was only joined by Diana’s side of the family. That’s something that really struck me.”

Beatrice and Eugenie routinely attended garden parties at the Palace when hosted by the late Queen and this week stepped in to help William welcome guests connected to several charities he and the Princess of Wales have worked with in the past.
