Zarazua absorbs the power off of Raducanu’s ball and brings her in with a drop shot. The Mexican’s return catches the net tape but the ball lands in the court and Raducanu cracks a small smile despite losing the point.

The British No. 3 wins the next two points thanks to her errors from her opponent but she just sends the ball wide for 30-30.

Raducanu lets out a huge roar as she gets to game point when Zarazua hits a return error but her outpour of passion doesn’t help and an unforced error makes it deuce.

The lucky loser suddenly has the first break point of the match as she fires the ball across the court and Raducanu struggles to return it, sending it flying into the air and outside the tramlines.

It looks like Raducanu has gifted Zarazua the break when two line judges call her backhand out but the Brit successfully challenges and it’s deuce again.
