Amazon Prime Day is in full swing and there are plenty of decent tech deals that can save you a lot of cash. If you’ve been thinking of taking the plunge and investing in a new Apple gadget then you’re in luck, as there are a surprising number of great discounts on iPads, MacBooks and AirPods – but the deals are only on for two days and while stocks last.

You need to be an Amazon Prime subscriber to take advantage of all these special prices on Tuesday 16 July and Wednesday 17 July. If you aren’t signed up you can claim a 30-day free trial here.

iPhone

The best deal we’ve seen for an iPhone is a solid £100 off the iPhone 14, which is now £599. This is for the 128GB version, and at the time of writing will get you any colour you want.

The iPhone 14 has been superseded by the iPhone 15 but it’s still an excellent phone with a solid dual lens camera system, all-day battery life, MagSafe charging and the powerful A15 chipset that’ll keep it ticking over for several more years.

iPad

A standout Prime Day saving is for the latest iPad, which is down to £306, the best price we’ve ever seen. It’s usually £349.

This gets you the pink model, though you can pay slightly more if you’d prefer another colour. There’s 64GB storage, a USB-C cable to charge, and a large 10.9-inch display to keep you entertained.

MacBook

Another top Apple deal is the 2022 MacBook Air with M2 chip for £849 – it’s a laptop Apple still sells for £999, so £150 is a solid saving. This price gets you a 13.6-inch screen with 256GB storage.

Handily, this low price is available for every colour, so you can pick between midnight, silver, space grey or starlight. You’ll enjoy amazing all-day battery life thanks to the powerful M2, plus a charger in the box with MagSafe cable.

Apple Watch

We are pleasantly surprised to see the newest Apple Watch on sale today for £344, a big saving from its £429 RRP. The Apple Watch Series 9 with a 45mm casing is the larger size of the watch and the one we prefer on our wrists, though if you want the smaller one which has a 41mm case and a smaller battery, that’s even cheaper at an amazing £314 – down from £399.

These are both Bluetooth only versions, and will work with all the latest iPhone models.

Magic Mouse

If you want to accessorise that MacBook – or if you already have one – Apple’s official Magic Mouse is on sale for £55 (it’s usually £79). Though many people don’t like it’s flat design, we’ve happily used this mouse for several months with no issues.

The mouse charges via Lightning and has a touch sensitive pad on the top for scrolling and navigating macOS. This price is for the white version.

AirPods

All three AirPods models are on sale too, with the second-generation model at their lowest ever price of just £95.

Apple Pencil

Sticking with accessories, you can grab the second-generation Apple Pencil for £94, which is 27 percent less than its £129 RRP. Make sure you check your iPad is compatible with this version though, as Apple now sells four different models.

If you are thinking of picking up the tenth-generation iPad listed in this article, that iPad works with the first-generation Apple Pencil or the USB-C Apple Pencil (it’s so confusing). Luckily those two models are also discounted for Prime Day too.
