‘I have lost nearly seven stone – and it all started with a six-minute workout’

Hayley first put on weight during her early 20s then, as the years went by, the reading on the weighing scales kept going up, and up, and up.

Eventually, the mum-of-one had grown into a size 20, her confidence plummeted and she believed she wouldn’t be able to shift the pounds.

“I wish I had found Sarah earlier,” Hayley, 35, told Express.co.uk. “Sarah is so motivating.”

Hayley is referring to Sarah Campus, a nutritionist coach and personal trainer who owns LDN MUMS FITNESS.

She came across Sarah’s September weight loss challenge online, back in 2021, allured by the seven-day free trial; if she didn’t like it, she’d cancel the subscription – no biggie.

“But I was hooked,” Hayley admitted. “I like the ease of searching and choosing a workout of my choice, knowing that it will be only six to 20 minutes.”

Using the on-demand service, the quick workouts fit around Hayley’s schedule of being a mum and a contractor for the Army.

“I exercise with Sarah, Monday to Friday,” Hayley beamed. “I can’t begin to tell you how I have so much more energy, feel healthier and have increased in confidence big time.”

The subscription fee is £24.99 per month, which Hayley found is “affordable”, especially because of what you get.

“Sarah is so motivating, exercising with you in real time and constantly encouraging you along with correct posture, technique, breathing and pushing you to keep going,” said Hayley.

“It’s also great having a regular newsletter which contains so many tips, product recommendations, treats, fabulous recipes and awesome giveaways.”

Hayley reflected: “I used to eat quite badly in comparison to now, not realising my actual calorie intake and what is marketed as healthy isn’t actually always healthy.

“I didn’t eat enough of the right things and my plate was far from colourful, as Sarah would say.

“She helped me balance and track my meals and gave me great recipe suggestions that would be suitable for the whole family, so I didn’t have to cook extra meals for everyone else.”

When asked what keeps her motivated to keep going, Hayley explained: “Seeing how Sarah, who is a mum of three under six’s herself, manages her lifestyle.

“Seeing changes in myself so quickly, the buzz from exercising and realising I am not selfish for prioritising my health and fitness. I feel so much better now.”

Hayley added: “My daughter can be around when I’m exercising; she’s seen me doing it… I’m setting a good example.”
