‘Ultimate fakeaway’ will see you reach fat loss goals with yummy food

Eating healthily doesn’t have to be a chore, and it also doesn’t mean you have to forgo your favourite foods, just because you’re in a calorie deficit.

Nicole, who posts on TikTok as @simple.home.edit shared her recipe for crispy sweet chilli chicken, promising it takes “less than 20 minutes” to make – and people were sold.

She said she was trying to save money, so would be “dedicating a little time to a meal plan” and “making a shopping list then sticking to it” – which can be tough.

The foodie promised that if you “try this one, you’ll love it”.

And, what’s more, because you’ve prepped it and made it at home, you know exactly what has gone into it, so it’s much healthier than ordering from your local takeaway.

Another added: “Actually made it today, it was delicious and super quick to make. Definitely gonna incorporate it into our menu. Thank you so much for sharing.”

A fan penned: “I made this recipe and I’m literally eating it right now SOOOO EASY TO MAKE.”

While another TikTok user wrote: “I made it and it was the best chicken I made so far!!! (I added the same ingredients but with different amounts).”
