The Carabao Cup second round draw has taken place and there will be two all Premier League ties coming our way. West Ham are at home to Bournemouth, and Nottingham Forest will have a visit from Newcastle United.

Wayne Rooney got his first win as Plymouth manager on Wednesday night with a 3-0 win over Cheltenham Town, but it’s a difficult trip for his side ahead now at Watford. Elsewhere Fulham go to Birmingham, Crystal Palace welcome Norwich, and Everton are at home to League Two side Doncaster.

Ties will take place the week commencing Monday, August 26. The seven sides playing European football, including cup holders Liverpool, won’t be involved until the third round stage.
