This method ensures that your eggs cook evenly and maintain their shape without any wispy bits.

Enjoy them on toast for a delicious start to your day or seasoned simply with salt and pepper to top a salad.
Ingredients
Two large eggs
Oil spray or ghee butter.
Salt and pepper to taste
Six Tablespoons hot water
Instructions
To prepare poached eggs in the air-fryer, crack an egg into a greased, air-fryer-safe dish filled with hot water. You can use ramekins for this.
Cook at 350°F (177°C) for five to seven minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolk.
After cooking, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer.
Use a rubber spatula or spoon to gently release the eggs from the ramekins. If the eggs stick, run a knife around the edge.
Transfer the eggs to a plate, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy on toast or alongside your favourite breakfast dish.
