How to make perfect scrambled eggs a without a frying pan or oil – takes 60 seconds

Scrambled eggs are a staple of any hearty breakfast, but it can be annoying having to scrub at a greasy pan or deal with an awful oily smell in your kitchen after cooking this tasty meal.

Cooking scrambled eggs on the stove can lead to oil splatter and make a big mess on your stovetop which can put people off making themselves a homecooked morning meal.

However, Karli Bitner, a cook and founder of Cooking With Karli has shared that there is an easier way to cook scrambled eggs without frying that is so simple a child could do it as all you need is a microwave.

She said: “Microwave scrambled eggs are the perfect first food to teach your child to make themselves! These are fast, easy and have minimal cleanup!”

It may seem odd, but cooking scrambled eggs with a microwave is not only much faster and leads to fewer dishes needing to be washed but can also lead to much tastier eggs with a better texture.

On the stove, scrambled eggs need to constantly be mixed otherwise they become undercooked and soggy or overcooked and charred if you do not get the temperature right.

However, in the microwave scrambled eggs can cook more evenly which leads to them having a more consistent texture and you can adjust the cooking time depending on how firm or soft you want them. Plus, cooking scrambled eggs in the microwave requires no oil.
