If you are struggling for midweek meal inspiration, you’re certainly not alone – but your trusty air fryer could make things a whole lot more interesting.
Content creator @fraser_reynolds, who regularly posts delicious recipes on his TikTok page, said that “once you try this air fryer sweet chilli chicken you’ll literally have it on repeat every single week”.
To make this delightful recipe, you’ll need to “cover your chicken in garlic, paprika, corn flour and sesame oil”.
You then need to pop it into your air fryer at 190 degrees to cook for 17 minutes.
And you can then make a start on the sauce…
To make the sauce, you’ll need 3 tbsp sweet chilli, 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Sriracha, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, as per his TikTok video caption.
He then put chopped onion and two peppers into the pan to be cooked, before adding the sauce.
Then, Fraser popped the “gorgeous chicken” into the sauce and veg mix. All that’s left to do after that is mix everything together, and “serve it with some noods [noodles]”.
Fraser said: “There you have it, an absolute cracker of a midweek scran”.
