Warzone and Black Ops 6 update fixes loading screen crash but breaks matchmaking | Gaming | Entertainment

Call of Duty fans can say goodbye to an irritating crash, as Treyarch releases a new update on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

The latest Call of Duty update is available to download for both Warzone and Black Ops 6.

As part of the update, developer Treyarch has fixed a loading screen issue on all platforms.

Unfortunately, however, the update appears to have caused a variety of matchmaking issues, although these should be fixed reasonably quickly.

As you can see from the patch notes below, the headline is a fix where loading screens would cause the game to crash.

Developer Treyarch has also fixed an issue with bullet trajectory on the AMR Mod 4, as well as an issue in Resurgence.

Another big fix involves models not being visible for things like ammo boxes and self-revives.

Likewise, the developer has fixed an issue where players would not have a death icon when dying to Red Light Green Light.
