PlayStation Plus subscribers are just days away from finding out the new Extra and Premium games for February.
The next batch of new PS Plus games will be unveiled at 4.30pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of February 12. You’ll be able to play the games less than a week later, on the morning of February 18.
There’s usually around a dozen PS4 and PS5 games, as well as a few retro classics and the odd PSVR 2 game for Premium subscribers.
Without any leaks to go on, fans have been attempting to predict the line-up ahead of the big reveal.
In the regular predictions thread on Reddit, many fans believe Sony has something pretty special in store for February.
With a new Assassin’s Creed game launching in March, multiple fans think Assassin’s Creed Mirage will join PS Plus Extra in February.
This would give fans around a month to play Assassin’s Creed Mirage ahead of the release of Shadows.
Another game that has been getting a lot of traction is Hogwarts Legacy. Despite its popularity, the Harry Potter spinoff has been heavily reduced in price as of late, which means a PS Plus Extra release could definitely be on the cards.
Elsewhere, games like Robocop, Atomic Heart and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown are tipped to appear in February.
That’s on top of games like Lords of the Fallen, Tales of Berseria, Resident Evil Village, South Park Snow Day, Tier Automata, Cuphead, Duke Nukem 20th Anniversary and Burnout Paradise.
Annual sports games are also starting to appear on the list, including College Football 25, EA Sports UFC and NBA 2K25.
Other blockbuster games tipped to appear include Final Fantasy 16, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, Alan Wake 2 and Lies of P.
With God of War Ragnarok joining PS Plus Extra in January, other fans think more first-party games could be on the way this month.
The Last of Us Part 2 feels long overdue for a PS Plus Extra release, while Gran Turismo 7 would make a great fit, especially with its PSVR 2 compatibility. Sony’s Spider-Man games are also tipped to make an appearance in some form or fashion.
Other games tipped to appear include Outlast Trials, Kerbal Space Program, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, Viewfinder, Pacific Drive, Lollipop Chainsaw, Unravel 2, Bramble The Mountain King, Scorn, Hades, Layers of Fear, Chants of Sennaar, Nine Sols, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Persona 5, Jusant and Star Wars Jedi Survivor and Metal Gear Solid Master Collection.
There are even a few picks for big games like Cyberpunk 2077, Kingdom Come Deliverance (unlikely) and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty (also unlikely).
