Widows, don’t give up on finding love again | Ageing

Don’t ever despair of finding a loving partner in older age (Letters, 23 February). I was widowed at 73. Guardian Soulmates helped me find two really nice blokes when I had recovered from my loss. Sex, fun and friendship followed, but I wasn’t quite right for them. Searching again, I found somebody who eventually realised I was his ideal woman. Our relationship is the best it could be – he is loving, kind and an equal partner.
