Prince Harry has been warned over his visa situation in the US as insiders have claimed Donald Trump could still take action against the duke if he is found to have lied in his visa application, despite his comments last week that he will leave him alone.

Last week, the US President said that he won’t kicking Harry out of the US if he is found to be lying, telling the New York Post: “I don’t want to do that. I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”

Meanwhile, judge Carl J. Nichols has ordered the US Government to declare which specific legal documents related to the Duke’s visa can be released by Thursday, February 20. He will then determine which papers can unsealed and given to the Heritage Foundation, a conservative Washington DC tank which originally brought the lawsuit after Harry’s drug revelations about past drug use in Spare.

Now a source warned that despite Mr Trump’s comments, Prince Harry is “far from off-the-hook”.

They told the Mail on Sunday: “The word in Washington is he should be very worried indeed. There is no love lost between the Sussexes and President Trump.”
