Amazon is holding a sale event this week where we expect to see scores of tech products discounted. For two days on Tuesday 8 October and Wednesday 9 October, the retail giant is slashing prices on hundreds of items for its Big Deal Days sale, and we’ve spotted some steep reductions on all four latest Fitbit trackers.
Amazon is selling the Fitbit Inspire 3, Fitbit Charge 6, Fitbit Versa 4 and Fitbit Sense 2 with significant money off, which is notable because these are the four current models in the Fitbit lineup.
These special prices are only available to Amazon Prime subscribers. If you’re not already signed up, you can take advantage of a free 30 day trial, which will get you Prime and free delivery on all items discounted for the Big Deal Days event.
The Fitbit Inspire 3 is a basic but well-featured fitness tracker that’s down to £63.99 from £84.99 for two days. With either a black, pink or orange band, the thin device tracks all your daily health metrics from steps to heart rate to sleep, plus you can get it to ping you with your phone’s notifications and use it as a wake up alarm.
Best of all you can eke 10 days of battery life out of it per charge.
If you want a thin activity band that’s a little more fully featured, the excellent Fitbit Charge 6 is currently £108.30 instead of £139.99. In our review, we said this is the best fitness tracker you can buy thanks to its great battery life, slim build, GPS tracking and inclusion of Google Wallet for easy mobile payments.
For a more fully featured tracker, Amazon has both of Fitbit’s smartwatches on sale too. The Fitbit Vera 4 usually costs £179.99 but it’s £126.65 right now, which is a superb price for a larger screened watch with GPS tracking, six days of battery life, stress tracking, Google Wallet and Google Maps plus the ability to use Amazon Alexa as a voice assistant.
On top of that, the Fitbit Sense 2 is £169, a big £50 saving on its current £219.99 RRP. It has all the features of the Versa 4 but adds in an ECG sensor to measure for irregular heartbeats and a cEDA sensor that can send you notifications when it detects a change in skin temperature. This can often signal a change in mood or heightened stress, which you can then record on the watch and view later in the app to help you identify your stress triggers.
All four of these discounted Fitbits work with iPhones and Android phones via the free Fitbit app, though they all also require a monthly Fitbit Premium subscription to unlock all the possible features the app provides. Thankfully, all four Fitbits also come with a six month free trial of Premium so you can give it a good go first.
All four Fitbits will be on sale till 11:59pm on Wednesday 9 October.
