Meghan Markle has been accused of copying celebrity, Pamela Anderson’s lifestyle cooking show, with fans claiming the content of both trailers share a near-identical tone.

Actress Pamela Anderson released the teaser for her new show ‘Pamela’s Cooking With Love’, in early 2023, with the full project released in October 2024, just months before Meghan launched the trailer for her show. The shows’ names alone are strikingly similar according to critics, with Meghan’s show titled ‘With Love, Meghan’.

The openings of both trailers include the hosts walking in a garden to admire the produce before inviting chefs into the kitchens for family and friends to try out the homecooked meals.

Meghan opens the trailer by stating: “I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.” The Baywatch star’s opening sentiment is: “I love to cook. I just have always wanted to take things to another level.”

The video for both trailers are circulating online, with fans comparing the two. One user on X, wrote: “If you watch the trailer for Pamela’s new show, it’s a more authentic version of what Meghan was trying to achieve and it looks as though Meghan has copied everything! The trailers are so similar it’s freaky.”

Elsewhere in both, Pamela and Meghan are both seen getting dirty in the garden as they harvested fresh fruit and vegetables for their recipes.

Another said: “Markle’s show is a straight copy of Pamela Anderson’s cooking and entertaining show. Go look at the trailer!”

However, the full content in ‘With Love, Meghan’ is yet to be seen by members of the public and will air exclusively on Netflix on March 4.
