Preamble
Hello and welcome to live minute-by-minute coverage of Lyon v PSG in the Womenâs Champions League semi-final.
Itâs the most played fixture in the history of the competition, with four semi-final clashes between the sides alone. If history is anything to go by, Lyon should prevail because of their last three semi-final victories over PSG. They also have the edge over their domestic rivals in the Division 1 Féminine as Sonia Bompastorâs side sit at the top of the table.
But, football is a funny old game, and PSG will be encouraged by their 1-1 draw with Lyon in February. It took a last minute own goal from Elisa De Almeida to maintain Lyonâs unbeaten record in the league. Jocelyn Prêcheurâs team will be hoping to go one step further in their bid to win a first Champions League title.
It should be an exciting game. Thereâs only national pride at stake. Keep refreshing this page for updates.
Kick off is at 18:00 BST.
