January sales are in full swing, with the majority of retailers offering some unmissable discounts throughout the month. Lakeland is among the brands hosting an epic sale, which includes a variety of kitchen appliances.

Lurking within the retailer’s sale pages are several Ninja gadgets. If you’ve been thinking about buying an air fryer, multi-cooker, blender or soup maker, you’ll want to check out our top picks from the sale below.

There are multiple Ninja air fryers on sale, including a mighty 9.5L tower air fryer and dual fryer options. With discounts of up to £90, there are fantastic deals waiting to be snapped up.

Ninja Foodi ​Max SmartLid Multi-Cooker – was £319.99, now £229.99

The Ninja appliance with the biggest discount in Lakeland’s sale is this 15-in-1 multi-cooker, offering a saving of £90. The 7.5 litre gadget has three cooking modes; pressure cook, air fry and steam cook. It has a Smart Cook System which ‘cooks meat and fish perfectly’, plus you get a Digital Cooking Probe to monitor the temperature of your food.

The Ninja Foodie Max SmartLid Multi-Cooker boasts a five-star rating on the Lakeland website. One delighted customer said: “Brilliant machine. I have cooked more since I received it. Advice is to learn your machine and read the instructions as it has so many features. Once you have done that, you will be amazed at how much it does.”

However, they did note: “Ensure you have enough room around it and don’t use it under cupboards, as it steams a lot.”

Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer – was £229.99, now £199.99

You can now save £30 on this 4.75 litre dual air fryer that has two separate baskets. The nifty gadget allows you to cook different foods at varying temperatures at once, with both finishing at the same time.

The Ninja Foodie MAX can air fry, roast, bake and more, and has an average score of five stars on the Lakeland website. One impressed customer commented: “Absolutely fabulous. Cooks food really quickly. I was amazed that it cooks so quietly too. I had been expecting it to be a bit noisy, but you can’t hear it while it’s cooking… I think this could almost make my main cooker redundant.” 

The majority of Lakeland shoppers have awarded the air fryer five stars, but sadly one buyer was left disappointed. They explained: “From day one the middle button slips down to another setting, meaning I have to cancel the first drawer and start again.”

Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Multifunction Oven – was £269.99, now £199.99

If your household is often in a rush and needs to make meals quickly, Ninja’s 10-in-1 Multifunction Oven is a useful gadget and now has a £70 discount. The appliance heats up in just 90 seconds and claims to cook food up to 40% faster than a fan oven.

It also has two levels, allowing you to cook a main and sides at the same time. The Multifunction Oven has an overall rating of five stars, with one Lakeland customer commenting: “I love this oven. I’ve not used my in-built oven since making this purchase.

“Love the multi-functions for cooking. Really easy to use. Cooks food perfectly at a fraction of the cost of a normal oven.” However, they did highlight a slight problem: “Only downside is my baking trays don’t quite fit in.”

Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – was £269.99, now £229.99

Do you need an air fryer with a larger capacity? Lakeland is currently offering a £40 discount on the Ninja Double Stack XL Air Fryer which can cook up to four different foods at once. This appliance is ideal for smaller kitchens thanks to its sleek stacked design that takes up less countertop space.

The air fryer has six cooking programmes; air fry, max crisp, roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate. It has a rating of four stars on the Lakeland website, with one shopper saying: “This oven is absolutely brilliant. I had the double drawer side by side version first, but this is far more useful and I love it… larger wider drawers, simple controls and takes up less space.”

Someone else awarded the Double Stack five stars and labelled their review ‘perfect for small kitchens’, however they pointed out: “I have to make sure I keep shuffling my food items frequently, so they get cooked evenly.”

Ninja Foodi 2-in-1 Blender and Soup Maker – was £149.99, now £129.99

Last but not least is Ninja’s 2-in-1 Blender and Soup Maker. This handy gadget can cook soup in just 20 minutes and makes both hot and cold dishes. 

Lakeland is now offering the appliance with a £20 discount. It has 10 Auto-iQ programmes, plus useful auto-stir and keep-warm functions, so you can leave it to do its thing. 

The blender and soup maker has received an overall rating of 4.5 out of five from Lakeland shoppers. One impressed buyer explained: “This is my all-time favourite kitchen gadget. It comes with a little recipe book to give you ideas but I have added bits and bobs and still have great results. The best bit? The self-clean function.”

Unfortunately one buyer doesn’t find the self-clean function particularly good, as they noted: “Difficult to clean. As you can’t take the base apart, dried soup gets between the glass jug and base.”
